The Fancy Design Co. lives and grows on our family farm nestled in Shanty Bay. This is where our love for contemporary, rustic design comes from. We work hard to make your home a place you want to be. Our business is built on the concept of working hard to achieve a fancy atmosphere.

 

We have long had a passion for Home Design and Staging. We have personally experienced the transformation our services offer when listing 5 of our own properties from 2014 - 2017. Vintage North Wood Works

At Vintage North Woodworks we create affordable and quality pieces of furniture and home decor.

  • We create custom built furniture to fit your every need. Use our ideas or yours, we will work with you to create the perfect piece for you home!

  • Custom furniture building from reclaimed wood and furniture refinishing. We take your old furniture and give it new life. We can produce a wide variety of finishes using products such as chalk paints, stains, and varnishes. Our current projects include and are not limited to:

    • Harvest tables

    • Coffee tables

    • End tables

    • Sofa tables

    • Consoles

    • Custom built home decor: candle holders, chalkboards, magnetic boards, vintage frames & windows etc.
